    You can call or text Josh at 833-764-6639 to purchase and pick up honey in Carl Junction. We also sell at a variety of local events. Check out our schedule for Summer/Fall 2023!   • Do you ship honey?
    No. At this time, we only sell our honey locally in southwest Missouri.
  • Why is the business named Summerfield Honey?
    "Summerfield" is the street Lisa grew up on and it's the street where Josh and Lisa met for the first time - at a summer block party.
  • What organizations does Summerfield Honey donate to?
    Over the years, we have donated to the following organizations: -University of California, Davis Honey Bee Research Facility -Food Share of Ventura County -Heroes to Hives -Crosslines Ministries Food Pantry
  • Where are your hives located?
    Summerfield Honey has 9 apiaries located throughout Newton & Jasper Counties of southwest Missouri, including Joplin, Carl Junction, Asbury, Oronogo, and Carthage. As of Summer 2022, we're running around 100 colonies.
  • What books/resources do you recommend for aspiring beekeepers?
